  • How do I register in the competition?
    Participants are supposed to submit their first-round audition videos on the registration page on our official website register.battleofthebeats.in before 20th November 2024. Maximum of two videos can be uploaded for audition.
  • What are the date and venue for the competition?
    Date for the live performances will be 14th (Semi-Finals) and 15th (Final) December 2024 at Pandit Dindayal Nagargruh Auditorium, Ajwa, Vadodara, Gujarat.

    a. There would be a fascinating cash prize as well as the trophy for the finalist. b. Our sponsors may plan various gifts for the eliminated contestants to boost their morale.
  • What will be the registration criteria?
    a. There will be 5 different criteria for participation: i. Solo Kid Participation (Age 4-9) ii. Solo Junior participation (Age 9.1 - 15) ii. Solo Senior Participation (Age 15 & Above) iii. Duet Participation (open category) iv. Group Participation (open category)
  • How much competition cost to enter?
    Round 1 registrations are online and completely free to apply. Upon selection the rates are follows as per category below (for Quarter finals). a. Registration fees will be 599 INR per person for “ Solo Kid Registration”. (T & C applied) b. Registration fees will be 799 INR per person for “Solo Junior Registration”. (T & C applied) c. Registration fees will be 999 INR per person for “Solo Senior Registration”. (T & C applied) d. Registration fees will be 749 INR per person for “Duet Registration”. (T & C applied) e. Registration fees will be 599 INR per person for “Group Registration”. (T & C applied) (above 12+ person in group: 7500/- Flat Fees)
  • When do the applications close?
    Round 1 Free registrations will close from November 21st 2024. 22nd - 30th Onwards Entries will be chargeable from Round 1 Onwards. Last date of registration 30th Nov 2024.
  • What should I perform in audition round?
    Applicant can perform any of their best skilled dance style.
  • Do I have to perform in Semi-final & Final rounds if I am eliminated before?
    All the participants will get notified about their selection semi-final & Final rounds.
  • Am I allowed to repeat any of my performance which I have done in previous rounds?
    Repeating the performance is strictly prohibited as the competition need to bring up the best talent from the participants.
  • What are the qualifications required to enter this competition?
    There are no particular Qualifications required to participate in the show, but, if you have any certifications or qualifications regarding performing arts then it will be beneficial for better evaluation.
  • Who are the organiser of the Dance Competition?
    “Cizzara Cineart” is a 8 Years old film production company based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Which is active in to various domain of media & entertainment, is the organiser of the competition with a motive to encourage the talents nation-wide. Visit www.cizzara.com for more details.
  • What would be the selection criteria?
    The selection for all the audition rounds will be purely based on the overall performance merits.
  • Is there any age limit for this competition?
    The age criteria is the participant should at least be 6 years and above.
  • Can I submit more than 1 video for my online audition?
    Yes you can upload maximum of 2 videos if you perform on different dance styles. However submitting 1 video doesn't affect your selection process. Limit: Max. 100 MB (Each Video)
  • On what all mediums I can submit my audition video?
    Participants are supposed to submit their first-round audition video on the registration page on our official website register.battleofthebeats.in before 20th November 2024. Maximum limit of the each video should be max 100 MB.
  • How will I know whether I am selected for the Semi-Finals and Finals or not?
    You will receive a mail stating your audition status.
  • Can I change my audition venue?
    As you receive the mail for the selection for the physical audition round 2, you will receive the confirmation for the venue for the same. In case of any venue change, you’ll have to send a request through our WhatsApp number, the request will be taken in consideration only if there are any empty slotsaccording to the availability.
  • Is there any limitation for the songs or music to be performed on?
    There are no such criteria for the music/sing on which the participant will be performing in this competition but it should not hurt any community or class as well as it should maintain the competition vibe and the decorum. There should not be any offensive content in the overall performance.
  • What if I get contacted by another company charging fee for audition in the same competition?
    The entire registration for the first round of audition will be done from the registration page on our official website register.battleofthebeats.in of “Battle of the Beats” website where contestants will have to fill the form which is totally free of cost and then upload their audition video on the same. There is no other medium of getting registered in this show other than our official website www.battleofthebeats.in
  • Do I have to sign any agreement if I get selected in final audition round?
    No, there won’t be any such procedures during this competition.
  • Will I get any opportunities for my further endeavours?
    Apart from the show participation, benefits for the winners and the Media Exposure, Director of the show Mr. Amit Vikas Patel (Founder & MD of Cizzara Group and a Visionary Film Director) may give opportunities in various projects of Cizzara Group that can be Feature Films, Web Series, Music Videos, Reality Shows & many other projects.
  • What are the arrangements for any medical emergencies during the shoot?
    The Basic First Aid facilities will be available on-set. Other than that before entering the finals, medical certification will be a compulsion for all the participants to be submitted and if there are any health issues then participant is expected to get the necessary first aid as well as regular medication with them during the competition. And any of the health issues are to be informed in prior to avoid the risk during any emergencies.
  • How are the conflicts between the participants resolved?
    Conflicts are usually addressed by show director and mediated if necessary. Participants may also be encouraged to communicate and resolve issues amongst themselves.
  • What are the time limits of each performance in Semi-Finals and Final rounds?
    Any performance can be of maximum 5 minutes which will be strictly monitored.
  • Will there be any training or rehearsals sessions done before the competition?
    No, there won’t be any such sessions taken care by the competition producers, all the participants must practice and come directly to the venue.
  • Can I use recorded music, and what format is acceptable?
    Participants can use any type of music which suits the best to their performance theme, live music provisions are not there so please you’re your music recording with you and participants are requested to submit the same soon after entering the venue.
  • What are the living arrangements for the participants?
    There are no living arrangements for the participants and all participants will have to come according to the time slot allotment.
  • How long the competition will last?
    The competition will last for 2 days only that will be 14th and 15th of December 2024 and prior to which Quarter Finals will be held in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat and the details for the same will be conveyed to selected applicants.
  • If I participated in an Instagram hashtag contest through any other medium, does that count as an official audition?
    No, contestants have to fill the registration form on our official website register.battleofthebeats.in and have to upload their video on the same for auditions, other than this anything else won’t be considered as an audition.
  • What will be the mode of payment for Registration?
    Note: Round 1 Registration are online and completely FREE. However, upon selection the participants are suppose to make the payment for confirming their spot for Quarter Final Round. We're pleased to offer a variety of payment options for registration, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, UPI Payments, bank transfers, and any other method that suits our participants' preferences. Our goal is to make the registration process as convenient and accessible as possible for everyone.
  • Are there any facilities for changing costumes?
    Yes there will be green rooms but it will be on sharing basis and participants are requested to manage within the same.
  • Are there any gender limitations/considerations for the participation?
    We believe that talent can’t be limited to any gender so there are no gender limitations to participate in this competition.
  • Is there any audience choice award?
    No, there are no such award for the competition.
  • Can spectators attend, and is there an entry fee?
    Spectators will have to get an entry pass which will cost around 250 INR for the Semi-Finals and for the Final round, it will cost 400 INR per head. (Subject to availibility)
